Halifax Homes was to install our modular in 3/4 months- it took over a year. They installed the heat pump, which malfunctioned when trying to install it. It then failed when painting the interior, then it stopped cooling and it needed a new coil. The ceiling in three spots had water stains. They were painted over 2/3 times to cover the stain.
