I hate to say it but this office is hit and miss. Sometimes they call back and Sometimes not. VERY FRUSTRATING. I didnt call again (2nd time) till a week later. When I'm in the office with Jinjuvadia it seems to go fine then after I leave... scripts don't get sent to the office staff or to the pharmacy. Is it office staff, the doctor or office manager. ?? What is going on? They all are friendly just not accountable for follow-through. Am i doing something wrong or?? Update.. they called and called in my meds. So all is well ... read more

Dr. Jessica Smith is a wonderful physician. She has helped me with my past medical problems and got me on the right track the girls in the office. Well, I can’t say enough about them. They’re awesome.

I am a new patient and have my first appointment later today. I need to reschedule my appointment and have been calling since the office opened at 8:30. It's now an hour and half later and NO ONE has answered the phone the many times I have called! This is unacceptable!

Good luck getting an appointment! I have been hospitalized twice within the past 3 weeks. I was referred by the hospital to see Dr. Smith. I have been calling since the 18th to schedule an appointment. I'm being told I have to speak with Lacey. Lacey told me that she had to speak with the dr to see when she could see me. She never called me back. I have called numerous times to make an appointment to be told Lacey isn't in the office.
