I am a new patient and have my first appointment later today. I need to reschedule my appointment and have been calling since the office opened at 8:30. It's now an hour and half later and NO ONE has answered the phone the many times I have called! This is unacceptable!

Good luck getting an appointment! I have been hospitalized twice within the past 3 weeks. I was referred by the hospital to see Dr. Smith. I have been calling since the 18th to schedule an appointment. I'm being told I have to speak with Lacey. Lacey told me that she had to speak with the dr to see when she could see me. She never called me back. I have called numerous times to make an appointment to be told Lacey isn't in the office. I just had my initial consultation with Dr Steven White. I have been a nurse for 20 years.Dr White is one of the most competent,compassionate and patient doctors I have ever met.The examination was thorough,he carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the next steps needed to be taken.His office staff went above and beyond,again extremely competent and kind.I appreciate the care I recieved and highly recommend Dr White.
