I used the MyChart app to request an appointment. After 4 hours I called and requested a called back, never received it!!This is after other multiple times waiting hours to make an appointment. I will be looking elsewhere!
I have been a patient of Dr. Dessavre for years. I love her. She is absolutely the best doctor. She listens to any concerns and always does everything she is able to keep me going and healthy. She always asks about my family and never rushed me out. I truly would be lost with out her care. The office is always helpful and nice. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else
Dr. Schock was always good in the few minutes of our appointments. The rest of the experience is terrible. Nobody has ever once answered the phone. Nobody follows up with test results when they promise they will, even afer multiple calls for help. They are overstuffed and don't really have room for us. If you are looking for or need stable access to a physician, please keep looking. After slipping through the cracks and being forgotten by nurses and staff too many times, I chose to walk away. Have been a patient of Dr Wilders for years and followed him to this office. Unfortunately I have had 2 appointments canceled & when I try to call the office it usually takes 50-60 minutes on hold to get through. When I finally do get through the people are always helpful and Dr Wilder is amazing, but the understaffing of phones is super frustrating. Have tried to send a message through the My Chart system but it says "failed to send message please try again later"
Saw Dr.Hermida for the first time and I left feeling like finally I had a doctor that cared. He took time listening to me and explaining why we were going to do certain things. He had an amazing bedside manner and assured me we would get things on the right track. Highly recommend Dr.Hermida.
