My wife and I have used this lab for a lot of years. They are very friendly, professional, and courteous. They do get busy; so sometimes, there is a wait. They take care of Oncology patients ahead of others (as they should) which may add to the wait. All in all it is a great lab centrally located in Port Orange.
The Halifax Lab staff and nurses have been taking care of my blood work for 13+years. They have always treated me with the utmost of caring and respect. Highly recommended!
I was extremely disappointed at their customer service. I was told by my doctors office to go across the street to this lab and drop off my sons urine sample for testing. I got my 6 month old and my 3 year old out of the car to drop off this sample. The lady that took my sample didn't know if I needed to register or sign in so she went around to find someone to ask. Another lady appeared and said I do need to sign in but that there was someone infront of me. She then changed her mind and told me they closed the outpatient po... read more
