Completely shameful billing practices. They hire a company from out-of-state to process their billing. That company is the worst. They don't answer the phone. They don't listen to you. They don't listen to insurers. They are corrupt. In 2018, they fought with my insurance company over a bill for 10 months. Every time their shady billing outfit found a new way to reject my insurance (it's not the fault my insurance company, which has handled EVERY bill I've had for the same date of service). I would give them a 0, but this is not an option. My wife had a lumpectomy and need to sent tissue for test for cancer treatment. They send the wrong sample to lab, had to resend correct sample, the lab billed us 2 times $5260 for test. They will not refund us the money for their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS LAB

Very disappointed in this company first of all the phone was a 40 minute wait to talk to anyone. The two women that I spoke with were very rude. They have billed me someone else’s bill turned it into collections and it has ruined my credit. no one will help me or even discuss this matter. I have finally started calling the CEO of Halifax Hospital next it will be my lawyer.

I am very disappointed in this company. I was in a motorcycle accident by no fault of mine on March 7th 2015. I have made payment to this company 20.00 every month since April 2015 even sent them a letter explaining that I am not a person to not pay my bills and I told them that I would pay them 20.00 a month till my bill of 422.54 was paid and I have faithfully done this and now they have sent my bill to a collection agency to harm my credit even though there still cashing my checks but they say because I didn't call and se... read more
