The pediatrics/neonatology department is not practicing the latest guidelines from the American academy of pediatrics. When asked why was belittled and interrupted and was told the director prefers the guidelines from ‘94. Caused undue stress to my family and my newborn niece.
I'm from Alabama and this has got to be the best delivery and after a care that I have had- from the OBGYN, to the nurses, to the Pediatric and NICU unit and everyone in between. They were very professional, the rooms were very clean, everyone was very attentive to me and my baby's needs and it was just the best experience I've had out of all of my pregnancies.
