Was in from out of town and had severe pain from a kidney stone. Entire team was amazing.
Dr. C. Cortes and the nurses and team working with him today were absolutely Great and set the standard as far as examples go in patient care. He is one of the very few doctors. I’ve met in my life who sat down and went over everything with me in great detail and explaining how everything works with why I came. He did not just give me some meds and say this will make you feel better he explained to me why things were the way they were
The worst ER experience I’ve ever had in my life. Dr. Holly Thompson did not ask about my medical history. Just the incident. No bedside manner at all. Said ALL labs were normal, they were not. Discharge papers said urinalysis was done, it was NOT done. Temp not taken. Discharge nurse was EXTREMELY rude & arguing with me & when I was telling her about my medical service dog, she said I never said anything about my dog. Wouldn’t help me when I had the flu because I was there 2 times in the last three months due to my epilepsy said I wasn’t dying on a table so they were not going to help or even look at me.
It was the best ER I have ever been to! They were professional, fast, thorough, and knowledgeable about what was going on and did ct scan to get me the right antibiotics with IV and medication! I will go there from now on.
