terrible hospital slowest people ever too busy talking with eachother . got here @ 12 it’s now 3 pm still haven’t been treated for what i need unsanitary, here a spider crawling across my floor as im laying in the bed .

I have went a few times in the past. The last year I haven't went back but out of an emergency I had to go. It seemed management had changed; my visit was incomparable to those in the past. Two doctors rushed to my room before a nurse knowing I could have a broken finger didnt waste no time. The doc asked how I did it to myself, talked mw though saying I need an x-ray, stitches at the least, and a Titus shot. I asked him if someone could hold my hand. I'd give .5 stars if I could. I hope to god you have good insurance or deep pockets this place is just waiting to rob you blind. 15k for 3 stiches in a dirty room just awful. Not to mention its one of two bills from two separate departments even though I was only in ER for three stitches. Staff is incredibly rude and nasty talking about other patients very negatively amongst themselves. Also the nurse who injected the numbing stuff into my lip did it wrong and I felt every stitch in my lip. I would rather bleed out than ever... read more

WORST POSSIBLE ER VISIT I EVER EXPERIENCED. I CAME IN WITH 10+ PAIN IN MY HIP. I BROUGHT MY UPCOMING ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY PAPERS, MRI REPORT-WHICH DR NEVER ACCESSED, NEEDED STRONGER PAIN MEDS THROUGH AN IV AND DR. HURD REFUSED. SHE NEVER BOTHETED TO READ THE PAPERS I BROUGHT, ABSOLUTELY DIDNT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID, WAS COLD & INCOMPETENT. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS VISIT WERE THE NURSES, CLAY, STACY AND VALERIE. DISGUSTED WITH THE DR. SHE SUCKED
