My son has been coming here for years and when I came in to inquire about my son appointments apparently it was a miscommunication in scheduling because he never has appointments on Wednesday. When front desk female was asked about what was going on she automatically became irate stating his appointment was on the 13th but he didn’t show. She was kind, compassionate, understanding and very professional dealing with some uncomfortable and challenging conditions and procedures. I would strongly encourage any man needing treatment in this area to consult with Yesenia and UF Health.
Yesenia and nurse Paula from oncology- chemo r the very best caring, compassionate and wonderful at their jobs and very prompt I have lots of specialists but these two take care very well forever thank you two soooo much
First time at this office to go over my father’s current health issues. We met with Yessenia and she was very thorough in going over his history and what to expect in the future; pleasant to meet with. All of the office staff was welcoming and made this visit as pleasant as can be.
My husband needed an appointment to see a Urologist due to elevated bloodwork, this was very new to us so we Googled a few places. I was a little skeptical to call Dr. Steven Sidelsky’s Office at first because of the few comments but I am so glad that we did. We spoke to a nice young lady named Chereka who explained everything to us and advised we get a Referral and Authorization from our PCP to get us scheduled.
