Extremely disappointed in this office. They sent me paperwork, called and texted me a bunch of times up until 2 days before my sons appointment to tell me i wasn’t in network with them and said it will be 750 dollars self pay as if people can just afford that. I spoke with upper management Jessie who said there was nothing they could do about the price and that I’m responsible for the full amount if i go as if people can afford that. I have been looking for a good urologist and I succeeded! Dr. Steven Sidelsky with UF Urology in Daytona, Halifax is the best. He was kind, professional, and a wonderful surgeon. The office is friendly and welcoming. They keep you informed with all aspects of your care. Thank you Dr. Sidelsky.
