I absolutely love the staff. They are very thorough, very respectful & they will help you out, when you need it. It doesn't matter if it's help with another dept. Dr. TabithaTownsend is the best oncologist you could ask for. She puts me at ease knowing I'm in great hands. The NURSES are so AMAZING! I couldn't ask for better.
The doctors are decent. Whats not decent are most of the gatekeeper Karen’s working the front desks. They are rude and horrible at managing schedules. I don’t know where the lack of organization is happening but it needs to be addressed. Especially at 303 n Clyde morris and the Ormond Beach treatment center. Doctors go on vaca and someone is dropping the ball with knowing how to schedule around this. This facility is amazing. They treated both my mother and my wife. The staff is amazing. Office visits are done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them
I have been in Customer Service for more than thirty years. Halifax Health Center for Oncology in Daytona Beach has a special talent in Charlene Jenkins. Every patient is served with exceptional personal attention. I have witnessed patients who behave poorly probably due to a bad health situation and Charlene displays such a true caring and concern for every patient that every encounter ends with a feeling of hope.
