Please be aware… if you are able to go else where please do. My children have been patients with this office for over 10 years and the lack of care and no accountability with staff there is honestly sad. This office has put my children welfare and care in jeopardy that removing them from this office is the only logical solution. I had to go to the ER and needed to get an appointment to start the rehabilitation process. They did not answer for 3 days. I couldn’t move so I couldn’t afford the luxury to come in. I would not recommend this place since their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had.

I scheduled this appointment two months in advance and arrived 30 minutes early, as they request patients to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time. I was taken to a room right at my appointment time, then completely forgotten for over an hour with no updates, check-ins, or explanations. After waiting that long, I had to leave the room to say I was leaving. Only then did the nurse briefly check with the doctor and come back saying, “You are next.” At that point, I refused and left. So I have been going to this office for 25 years for all my health needs, flu viruses, minor surgery, broken ankle, etc. and everyone has always been friendly, capable, professional and efficient... I have had several great doctors there, phone scheduling is easy, good location, parking, what could be better?
