While it can be a bit of a pain getting ahold of people at times, this Drs office has never been anything but kind, patient and professional with me. Especially Dr Townsend. I don't believe they look at us as.... "statics."
I just want to praise a wonderful nurse named Marie. This week was my first experience with the Cancer Center for Hope which included a scan and a teaching time. Marie patiently explained what to expect in the coming weeks. She was so kind. She put me at ease. Hopefully, she’ll be able to read my review. I’ve seen her in Daytona and Port Orange. If I could give her a thousand stars, I would❣️
Non-compassionate makes patients lose hope after all we’re just a number and you just want our blood for your statics. Do you know we are people right !? and we have feelings, right?
Such a great team of doctors! Prayers and special thanks to Dr Devares in oncology who got everything organized for my dad. Dr. Alvarez in radiology and Dr Bianchi who put in his infusion port. All these doctors communicate often about dad’s care and are on the same page with his treatment. They are very quick to get him in for any necessary infusions to help him get thru this. A special shout out to nurse Kim who has been very supportive with all my questions and concerns.
