We’ve been going here for years. They were amazing but the last year and a half. They just haven’t been the same ever since the one Manager Katie left. It’s been very unorganized. They don’t communicate good with the parents like how they used to when we first started. Very disappointed because we loved going to this place they helped out a lot. Just seems like everything‘s going downhill. Hopefully they can get a grip on it soon.
The clinic seems very inviting and the front office staff are incredible. Dorinda and Nicole are very accommodating and the therapist are also full of energy and enthusiasm. I love brining my children here!
Hopefully the doctors are nicer then their receptionist the receptionist set the tone for their doctors office I’m not sure why these people talk to you like you’re an absolute idiot
Whenever I bring my daughter for therapy, they always come out 5 - 10 minutes after her scheduled times and end sometimes 4 minutes early so it’s only like she’s getting 15 minutes of therapy a week. I drive 30 minutes to get there. Her OT therapist is awesome and always keeping me updated on change of plans or goals, we are working towards. Also, it’s not much reception in the building so while you’re waiting extra time, you can’t even distract or entertain your child with your phone to help keep them calm.
