HCSA seems to enjoy assessing late charges, stating payment is late when it has been submitted a week or more beforehand by mail. The only customer service available is by phone, and the building is essentially locked down except for a slot for payments. On the plus side, folks can finally pay their bill online and see a copy of it.
Didn't notice how many bad reviews this company had until I needed to write my own. Completely ripped me off and refused to cut my father's water back on after his bill was paid. Now he's left with no water while sick and on disability.
