Picked up take out and there was 4 x more batter on the fish then usual ... It was terrible chewy very little fish. Was more like pieces of fish flakes cooked together. I couldn't eat it... I will not return this was very unpleasant to eat. Very unhappy with buying this today.

We just ordered the King Cod and Chips, and an order of the fried shrimp. And I’m just letting you all know that there is no need to get fish and chips from any other spot in Ajax or Pickering. This is the best Halibut House Location. We have dined in before and it’s as clean as a whistle. We ordered delivery and our food came both, hot and crispy. Not greasy at all. The ONLY critique I have is that I wish there was a touch more salt on the chips. Other than that, huge portions, just delicious. 10/10
