Went on a Monday, at noon for the special. There was only one server. She was absolutely fantastic however I think it was too much for one person to handle, I think she deserved a bit of help since it was so busy. The fish was crispy, juicy flaky and tasty. The fries are phenomenal!! I haven’t had fries like that anywhere else. Excellent quality for the price of the special. Can’t be beat!!
Disappointed! I have been to this location for the Takeout Family Pack many times. On Good Friday I ordered the same as usual. 1 Haddock Family Pack ($77) and 1 Halibut Family Pack ($105) totaling $210. Each pack includes 5 pieces of fish, large fries 2 coleslaws and 5 pop. I was handed my order (fish, fries & coleslaws) and when I asked about my pops (10 cans) I was told that they don't give the pop on Good Friday cause they are too busy. Didn’t have a good experience with one of the waitstaff. Don’t know her name but she wasn’t nice. Going in with an older mom and my family we waited 2 hours to be served. While customers who came after us were served. We were a family of 4 when we asked for water the fir serving us told us she has no glass yet was able to find enough for all her other customers. If I was the owner I’d train my staff to be kinder.
