The British guy looking for the best fish and chips. Seemingly this commond British staple is a hard nut to crack outside the UK. The portions of chips was a respectible size, both in portion and cut size, cooked to perfection. The chips are among the best I've had in North America. I would not hesitate recommending these to anybody. As a take-away, this remains to be seen how they last. Very disappointing experience. The food was extremely expensive for what you get. I ordered the halibut fish and chips, and the fish portion was tiny, definitely not worth the price. Overall, poor value and not what I expected. I would not recommend this place.
Fantastic. I was wary of the price initially, but then the gigantic plate put in front of me made it worth it. The food is fantastic. The restaurant is calm and inviting, and even though they fry things it does not have that overpowering odour. The fish was fried to perfection. Batter was crunchy and golden, not greasy. Their burger was topped up nicely, tasted well. I Weill come here again, and I reccomend.
Went there yesterday for the first time. Food was hot and fresh. Service was good. Nice and quite. I can shop at Conestoga Mall afterwards and see 👀 a Movie 🎬. I will definitely go back. It's a little on the Expensive side for Lunch. Lot cheaper if I go to Wendy's or Taco Bell. Looking at my Credit Car Receipts.
