When ordering the woman talked over me and kept asking how long I would be. I said 20 minutes and when I arrived they hadn’t even started our order. We ordered one haddock and chips and a two piece haddock with fries. When I say the portions were atrocious, so greasy and barely any fries. The 2 piece and fries order fish were square pieces of haddock and the regular was a whole fillet. The 2 pieces were the same size as the one piece meal. And almost twice the price. You get a decent sized piece of fish and lots of fries. Cooked perfectly.
Terrible experience. Couldn't even cut the fish with a fork it was soooo dry as if the fish had been cooked the day before and reheated when we ordered. Not to mention the portion size for the price. Caesar salad was runny and soggy croutons. Floors were dirty and not just from winter boots. Areas looked like they hadn't been swept out near windows in months or dusted in some spots throughout.
