Friendly and respectful care for your pet!
Great staff, takes the time to actually care and get to know your pet. Sure they cost a little more, but whenever we have had an emergency they have fit us in, also when our dog got injured they asked us for updates and pictures to be emailed in to accommodate our work schedule and keep an eye on him.
Had an amazing experience with this clinic. My dog is not a client of this clinic but understanding it was an emergency and a Saturday morning they squeezed us in. My dog had an abscess and required immediate attention. Dr Asia was very thorough and explained everything in detail and did testing to make sure blood work was ok before starting any meds and she detected a heart murmur. I’m sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. We recently took our 2.5-year-old golden retriever to Haliburton Veterinary Services for digestive issues. During the exam, the vet noticed her sparse fur, darkened skin, and lethargic behaviour —symptoms that, as I later learned, can indicate hypothyroidism—but no further testing or discussion about possible causes was offered.
