Dr Sydney saw my dog Millie at short notice when we were dealing w a potential emergency. All I can say is thankyou, thankyou a zillion times. Such kind and professional care from each of the employees in the clinic.
We had to take our dog for an unexpected treatment.The front staff were efficient and they were able to get us in to see the vet promptly. The vet was friendly and treated our pet with kindness and was gentle. The treatment was quick and we found the bill reasonable. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Professional and very kind. I was very impressed with the time given to our dog as if he were their only client yet clearly he isn't.. they were super busy and had 5 emergencies on top of their regular day when we were in. They didn't rush us yet got down to business with such knowledge and empathy. Then thanked us for our patience. We were tended to quickly within 30min. And excellent follow through/up. I am so grateful for the kind, generous, and skilled staff at this clinic. My dog had an encounter with a porcupine near the end of a working day and my vet was not working that day. Thank goodness Haliburton was willing to help my pet and I in a time of need, especially considering I am not a client with this vet. I left an hour later with a happy dog. From the bottom of my heart... thank you all for what you do here.
