Very thorough and professional
Was not scheduled to see. They fit us in over the veterinarian’s lunch break. Secretary, vet, and vet tech were extremely professional and so incredibly kind and understanding as our dog had an unfortunate accident during our vacation. Helped us assess our furry companion (my bestest friend for 14 years) and were so helpful in making her transition comfortable and pain free. We are on holiday at our cottage this week, and needed to bring our pug into the vet because of a wrinkle infection. From the initial phone call, to our visit: everyone was so kind. We were seen same day, and were in and out of our appointment quick. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for your care and help for Mr. Frank Costanza. He is feeling much better already. We are in Haliburton on vacation, about 5 hours away from home, and our Springer Spaniel got into the grapes. We called Haliburton Veterinary Services as they were by far the closest vet and they got us in immediately to induce vomiting. Everyone was SO kind, from reception to the vet tech to the vet, and we were in and out within 20 minutes with all the grapes safely puked up! Thank you all so much for helping our boy!
