I truly can’t say enough about Heather Timbers who works for Home hardware in Appliance store. We purchased Bosch appliances from Heather and when our oven arrived in February It had a dead control board. Heather has worked very diligently with us and with Bosch and if it wasn’t for her expertise and professionalism, I don’t think we would’ve received finally today a new oven.
