Great spot, amazing service, fast and informative. Carter was amazing. Best staff member at the store.
Terrible called in for pricing went to pay for my order so it could be delivered and then was told they wouldn't price match like they told me on the phone their is more superior then others. I said ok placed my order for lumber and drywall and was going to pay for it and then they tell me almost a $50 delivery charge I will by off Emmerson or Timber Mart in the future.
Great place with very helpful people
Horrible service there today. No interaction with staff. Service was poor at the customer service desk. Cashier was busy talking and had to come over and get behind the counter to check us out. This is not my first time there but this is my first review. Couple other times I also found the service was very poor and unfriendly. Supposed to be your hometown hardware store is not very welcoming.
