Great family outing..educational
Visited here twice in three years and will definitely come back
Wonderful experience at the Haliburton Forest. Base camp accommodations are well maintained and clean. Trails are great for hiking and very challenging for mountain biking due to loose rock, technical climbs and lots of tree roots.
Our family went here for the canopy tour and it was amazing. The two guides were super knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the forest. You can tell that they were very passionate about this conversation area. The canopy tour was amazing. You start out with a van ride , then a canoe adventure, then a short hike to the canopy tour. The canopy is really fun. The only down side is that the van was really hot and was in rough shape and we did not see a matter baby.
