Hali’i Kai is a great community overall and has amazing amenities! Denise the manager for Castle Resorts (the owner of this google listing) is one of the most terrible people you will meet in your life. She yells at the staff and treats guests like they’re garbage. I do not understand why this person works in hospitality. She is better suited to work at the DMV. Castle is by far one of the worst property management companies I’ve experienced. These are individually owned condos. So i cant speak for all of them. The ones I have been in were amazing. The complex itself is a quiet and clean get away

Man it's far away from anything that's interesting. The rooms are very nice and well kept as well as the grounds are amazing. Again it's far away from anything fun. Unless golf, volcanic rock and isolation is your thing. Beaches drive, restaurants drive, sights drive. I almost regret trying out something new.
This will be our third time saying in Kona and our third different place. We travel with family who stay at another place, so that is four different places that we've experienced. This by far has been the most incredible Kona experience that we have ever had. The pool area is fantastic. The pool area is like a incredible resort.
