Had a coolant flush and top up done, they had the car a couple of hours. Went to pick it up took it over the road to finish shopping, checked and the coolant was empty. Was told by customer service to bring it back, so we did. Was told this is normal and they topped up the coolant. Went home few hours later checked again coolant tank practically empty. Bike was well set up and ready on time
I visited the Halfords Telford branch recently and overall had a good experience. The store is very well organised and the fit-services they offer (dash cam install, bike checks, etc) are clearly laid out. The team were friendly and took time to explain the options I was considering, which made me feel confident with my purchase.
Halfords Telford, Staff always pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Cannot fault the Staff at all.
