Great service at Halfords Telford - Ian was outstanding and I’m a very satisfied customer. Bought a new Boardman e-bike to replace one I purchased four years previously. I’m in my mid seventies with ‘wear and tear’ to my knees so needed a replacement more suitable for my age! Ian was understanding, guided me through the most suitable options and was patient and extremely knowledgable. Pleased with the final spec and now cycling with more confidence. Great customer service warranting a 5 star score!
