Had a puncture repair and very happy with service
Paid online for two tyres, dropped my car off to be told the tyres weren’t actually in stock. When I asked for a refund the man in the reception had a pretty bad attitude. This isn’t the first bad experience I have had with this particular Halfords garage. Got 2 new tyres at Smith’s tyres in Heathhall for a cheaper price and the job was done in 5 minutes I didn’t have to leave my car for an unknown amount of time to come back and pick it up like you do with Halfords. Charged me for MOT and service, then said that they had a problem with there computers and I had to pay again or they wouldn’t give me my car back, so paid again (despite their computers are not supposed to be my problem ). They said I would get a refund in 5 working days but this never happened so ended up calling them, customer service and another number to get my money back , also lied about changing my tyres front to back ( I had pavement scratches on front ones so could recognise them but didn’t want an argument).
