Description of Complaint: Discrimination against cigar smokers (it's a smoking establishment) and ethnic race. Owner was rude and asked me to leave the establishment when I had mentioned the cigar rule at the bar counter. All I did was ask about it and he told me to leave because he was tired about people asking about the new policy. He was very rude about it to me and it was embarrassing to me when he chastised me in front of the other customers that were there at the bar counter.
