Had an amazing experience with this mattress company! William was absolutely awesome from start to finish. You can truly tell he takes pride in helping run the family business and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I chose William because he seemed friendly and offered to deliver my new mattress and take the old one away for free. That was a big selling point and the reason I decided to do business with him. When he arrived, everything started off fine. He began unloading the new mattress from his truck, and I reminded him about picking up the old mattress. He hesitated for a moment but then grabbed it.
