Christina helped us choose a king-size mattress earlier this year. We initially bought a firm one but had to exchange it for a medium-firm. We ended up purchasing the most expensive Black model they offered, expecting great quality. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of money. After only about four months, the mattress started to sag and lost its support. It’s not durable at all, and both of us now have constant back pain because of it. Lovely sales lady highly recommend
Christina was nice but I will never purchase a bed here again . I had to exchange the first bed and purchased the most expensive one up from that due to the return policy being store credit of what the difference will be and the one they ordered I didn’t got to try it in store Christina to order it for me and I still was not able to exchange or return.
