Service very poor. They charge $110 as a "trip fee" for warranty service! They don't tell you about the fee when you buy or on their website. We had service scheduled for July 29th. No show, no call and no response to our calls. Low price isn't everything, I suggest you buy somewhere else.

Went there to look at the hot tubs and was amazed at there selection. I also like that they don’t push to sell but ask what you are looking for in a hot tub. Then you make the selection you want. They then set up a install date. The guys that install the hot tub are professional and explains everything you basically need to know before you start it up. There prices are not expensive and they work with you on what you can afford. I highly recommend them. 5tars
