I order a banner 8 days before I need it, am never told I'm getting an email proof and it won't be printed until I OK it. Why am I proofing something they haven't touched?? Why am I not given the option for no proof? WHY AM I NOT TOLD I HAVE TO APPROVE VIA EMAIL???? I put in the "special request" I need it by such & such a date.
