Good morning, my car was acting up..like they do, so I went to groupon for a radiator flush...found Half price auto repair, on 73rd and Indian school. I am in this morning, I called yesterday gor an appointment and got in this quick. These guys are so nice and helpful! The price is fantastic...and they went over Everything..before service. I am soooooo glad I came!!! I needed a new mechanic. Thank you.
I recently moved to Arizona and was on the lookout for an auto shop that didn’t break the bank. After doing some searching, I came across Half Price Auto, and they really delivered on their promise of affordable prices for the work I needed. Not only did they take me same day, but their service was efficient. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car repairs. I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was really friendly and provided great customer service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!
I had such a great experience at Half Price Auto from the moment I walked in the door until my service was complete. They ran a full diagnostic on my car and discovered I needed a new transmission. From start to finish Half Price Auto made me feel like a valued customer. They were kind, patient, and willing to (and did) go above and beyond. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP*** Never have I experienced so many problems with a shop. Came in for an oil change and had asked to get the car looked at because it was pulling to the right a bit. Was told to come in Friday at 11 am. Was given their word that I’d get a call back that day when the job was done. Friday went. Saturday at 9 am was told that oil change was done and that they would inspect the tire. And I’d get a call by noon.
