Paid for a unnecessary smoke test for a emissions repair. Upon visible inspection by another mechanic and confirmation by staff at this location once I called today to ask if that was like that when they did the test. The hose was completely broken off of the purge valve. It was not mentioned before or after I was given two pages of repairs suggestions.
