Took my truck to Half Price Auto Repair and had a great experience. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about helping me instead of just trying to sell me stuff. Fair pricing, great communication, and they treated me like a person, not just another customer. Definitely recommend them if you want people who genuinely care and do good work
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid over $2,000 for repairs And I supplied all brand new parts, only to have my vehicle returned with leaks that were not present when I brought it in. After discovering the issue, I returned my Jeep to have the newly created leak addressed, but instead of standing behind their work, I was told it would cost an additional $800 to fix. I had such a great experience with this shop and felt like I had to share. After getting a really high quote from Big O Tires, I was honestly feeling discouraged and unsure of what to do next. This shop completely changed that for me. They replaced my control arms, did an alignment, installed new rotors and brake pads, replaced my links, and took care of my outer tie rods—all at a fair and reasonable price. Everyone was so professional and nice not so bad of a weight and then I got news that I needed some repairs on my car and they instantly told me that they can do it. They help me apply for in-house credit so I give them five stores all around I recommend coming here with no doubt and I will definitely be back to get the repair that’s needed.
