Please do your research before you take a car to a mechanic, especially if you have mechanical insurance. In my opinion best place to take it is the dealership which they provide a ride back with insurance or AMC mechanic, they’re a very honest mechanic. This is a great auto repair shop with amazing prices!! I purchased a coupon through Groupon and had to pay taxes on the oil change which was only a few dollars extra which is still a good deal knowing how much other auto repairs shops are charging. There was this rude customer in here that had a problem with paying the taxes which was only a few dollars more and she didn’t read the fine print on the coupon where it states the additional fees after getting serviced. But the workers are very patient and helpful.
Everything was amazing! Joseph answered the phone quickly, most places take a bit. You could hear the smile in his voice. He was great it getting me in for an oil change same day. I appreciate him very much. Robert is the gentleman that took care of getting my car checked in for the oil change. He had a smile on his face and was very personable while being professional. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP*** Never have I experienced so many problems with a shop. Came in for an oil change and had asked to get the car looked at because it was pulling to the right a bit. Was told to come in Friday at 11 am. Was given their word that I’d get a call back that day when the job was done. Friday went. Saturday at 9 am was told that oil change was done and that they would inspect the tire. And I’d get a call by noon. This was the our 1st time using this company to maintenance our daughter’s Dodge Dart. The key was stuck in the ignition switch. My husband dropped off the car and they had diagnosed that her gear shifter was worn out. They replaced the part with a new factory shifter and completed within a couple of days. Everything is working perfectly now and I will definitely keep using this company as our mechanic! I would like to thank them for their diligent work and integrity!👍🏽
