Took my truck to Half Price Auto Repair and had a great experience. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about helping me instead of just trying to sell me stuff. Fair pricing, great communication, and they treated me like a person, not just another customer. Definitely recommend them if you want people who genuinely care and do good work
Very bad experience with this shop. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word or follow through on what was promised. I’m very disappointed with how everything was handled and would not recommend this shop based on my experience. UPDATE; the people from this shop are continuously calling me to make me take down the post, after they came to an agreement with me and then ended up changing the plan. I had such a great experience with this shop and felt like I had to share. After getting a really high quote from Big O Tires, I was honestly feeling discouraged and unsure of what to do next. This shop completely changed that for me. They replaced my control arms, did an alignment, installed new rotors and brake pads, replaced my links, and took care of my outer tie rods—all at a fair and reasonable price. Had my car sent there when it broke down, told me it needed 3,000 worth of repairs. I financed 1,600 with one of the companies they mentioned. Credit isn't good so all together I would be paying them back 3,800. I got my car back from them and took it straight to emissions. Like I said I told them I don't want to pay all that unless it'll pass. It failed emissions. Then stopped running the next day. Now I'm in debt with a car that won't even run. Took my car and girlfriend car here for an oil change. They did a great job had us in and out in less than two hours. I also bought the Groupon so it was a good price. They also did an inspection but didn’t try to upsell us which I can appreciate.
