CUSTOMER BEWARE Out of all the body shops in the RDU area, I decided to give Half Price Body Shop a try after a deer hit my car and I chose to pay out of pocket for repairs. Big mistake!!! From the moment I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, and instead was repeatedly questioned about why I wasn’t going through insurance—as if paying out of pocket was somehow suspicious.
