Excellent ice cream, poor customer service. The gentleman behind the counter rushed my order to be checked out. My boyfriend wasn't done ordering but was pressured to get a single scoop, I guess because it was busy, and I was pressured into paying for an order I didn't plan to pay for. I work in customer service and think it's just proper customer service to wait for the whole party to complete their order and move to the register before checking out. My wife and I love visiting from out of town but it appears lately there are some weird customer service standards that have been put in place. Definitely comes off as fake and that the workers are getting pushed on speed rather than actual quality service. Very off putting.

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I keep going back and trying different flavors and everything has been consistently delicious. I will be devastated when it closes for the season. It's so good I would happily eat it in the middle of winter if I could. Cute little firepits outside too to complete the experience.
