contractor is unwilling to refund thousands of dollars for a property that we were unable to close a lease on and we have no other properties to work on within the next six months or so.
I've used this company three times now and have been happy with the outcome every time. Easy to work with. Will definitely use again in the future.
02/2025: Ronnie and his crew just completed a job for me and once again they did fantastic work. Second time I have used these guys and I was happy that I did. Last time it was some indoor painting, this time I needed long stacks of weathered lumber and numerous chunks of concrete removed (leftover building material) that had been an eyesore at the corner of my backyard for some time. This company is amazing! My new deck looks wonderful! We negotiated, planned and completed the project within 5 days! Ronnie, the owner, kept me informed of the progress as they worked diligently to get it done. The workers arrived on time everyday, worked hard and left my yard in good condition. I would highly recommend this company.
We are very pleased with the care and detail that they put into painting the exterior of our house. They kept us informed of any additional costs that came up and recommendations.
