I’ve been looking for my first apartment that’s affordable this place was a option until I read the reviews I don’t even want too take the risk

The girl who answers the phone sounded high or drunk and was also very rude. She did not say “hello” upon answering the phone just waited until I spoke first even though I called them. Just picked up the phone and said nothing. Not very welcoming so I crossed them off my list.

Thank you guys for the review me and six other people was going to go take a look at these apartments and put in applications. I'm glad someone told me to look at the reviews first.

I’ve been wondering why there’s so many bad reviews about the property manager along with the conditions and she’s still there. I called her to talk about an issue I’ve been having that is affecting my child’s health and she told me I should move out. I asked for the owners contact information and she refused to provide it, saying that he doesn’t speak to residents. But fortunately for April Lehenbauer I had time today. It’s marginally better than living out of a large cardboard box. April the property manager has to go on my Mt. Rushmore of the rudest and most insufferable people I’ve ever met. When you move into a new apartment, your expected expenses are first months rent, security deposit, perhaps paying for movers if you hire a moving company. But with HMV you also have to save for the bill you will be hit with after you move regardless of the condition of the apartment.
