Great class today! Wednesday was kundalini, so Dennis our yoga teacher changes it up quite a bit. The outdoor environment is awesome! The people in our class resonate such a good vibe. Looking forward to Wednesday. Such a great way to take time out just for me!
I am new to energy healing but Dennis has been such a patient teacher. I have attended a sound bath, yoga class, and reiki session with him at Half Moon Reiki & Yoga and it has been a moving and inspirational beginning to my journey into wellness. I would recommend this to anyone with an open heart and mind.
