We had a great time kayaking this morning. Spencer was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the appropriate gear and knowledge to head out nd kayak around the harbor. It didn't hurt that it was a perfect day too. I would definitely come back here again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I fully pre-paid for 2 kayaks and was already there in person when I got the news my friend had been in a car accident and couldn’t make it. I explained the situation directly to HMB Kayak, but they refused to accommodate me—no refund, no flexibility. Instead, they pushed my reservation out a month to a date I wasn’t available, told me to email them to reschedule, and then never replied when I did (more than 24 hours in advance).
