Tried calling to get information on Insurance, only to be met with a damn automated AI robot. Decided to go ahead a leave a message, finally got a call back the next day where they had to leave a message, and it was so full of static, I couldn't understand most of what was said, and certainly couldn't understand a call back number. For a local Insurance Company, your form of customer service is TERRIBLE and unprofessional! Stop being cheap and lazy, and get an actual PERSON to answer the phone!
I sent an email from their website this morning and got no response all day. Called this afternoon when i got home from work and a stupid AI robot, and a rude one at that, answered their phone. What a terrible place to do business with so I will look for a different agent. I am not a machine, I will no do business with a machine that fakes itself as a human in the ultimate trans- scam against humanity.
