I have been using Haley's Comet Carpet cleaning since 2012. I had a great experience with them cleaning dining room chairs that I had purchased from craigs list back in 2012. I was so impressed, that I used them in all of my other homes. The carpet cleaning is excellent. The tile grout comes out amazing every time. What great service and family owned business very professional and courteous. Will be doing business again
Charged me extra for stain removal solution which didn't work. Missed obvious soiled spots. Did not do areas I specifically requested. Advertised no hidden charges, but charged me extra. Did not accept coupon.Carpet smelled disgusting after the work. The owner is clearly on drugs, very unaware during the entire process.
