Although the wait can be lengthy the work is top notch!!! Dixie is who you want as a service advisor! She's very informative and knowledgeable. I've been using their service dept for 29 years and am very satisfied.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, especially for State Inspections! I made an appointment with some AI customer service person nearly a week prior for an oil change and state inspection on my Prius and a state inspection on my Tacoma. I arrived at 9:40am and they didn’t finish things until 12:45pm! When I arrived there were about 10 people all at little kiosks. Not a “hello, how can we help you?” Or a “good morning”. The only ⭐ is given for the mechanic's work. Had Patti as the "service advisor". Terrible at communication and updates. I would receive messages from multiple numbers, stating "communicate here". When I had a question, update, and/or request, I wouldn't receive feedback until ~2 days later, with her not even answering the main points. Props to the mechanic(s) who did work on the vehicle. Scheduled appointment 2 weeks prior for oil change and state inspection. After 2 hours and 40 minutes, they admitted they FORGOT ABOUT THE CAR and nothing had been done. We will never return here for service! Also, the last time we brought the car here, they filled the washer fluid with regular fluid, not the non-freezing kind so that was a lovely surprise when we had a week straight of freezing weather.
