You’ve been warned by the other terrible reviews. Today I dropped my car off and asked how long it would take. "An hour and 15 minutes" I was told. An hour forty minutes later I asked how much longer, which is when I noticed my car was exactly where I parked it. They had not even taken it back! I got a "yeah sorry we're busy on Mondays" from the SAME GUY who told me it would only take 75 mins. Said they would make it up to me, which they obviously did not. DO NOT GO HERE! First, the customer service is terrible. They were very rude to me while dropping my car off to get an oil change on 5/9. Secondly, they never called me when it was ready to pick up (they told me they would). I had to call them an hour before they closed. Lastly, when I picked up my car they had left the passenger window open and it had rained heavily that day. My passenger seat was soaked. They told me the manager would contact me. Manager never did.
