I really like Dr Spotts. She was really concerned about my health. She took the time to get to know me and my past woman's history. She was concerned about my future woman's health also. She recommended tests I could take to see if I might be genetically linked to my 2 sisters breast cancer diagnosis. I wasn't just a number to get through in 15 minutes. I was so nervous going in, however she made me feel so comfortable.
As soon as I walked in and was taken care of immediately. Waited less than 10 mins before being called back. Dr. Spott’s was very sweet, her aura was reassuring and she explained in detail so I can choose the best route that I wanted. In all, I encountered 4 staff members and they were all were pleasant women. Didn’t feel uncomfortable. Felt welcoming and safe enough to be heard and understood.
