Reid showed us a bunch of trailers and Kassandra and the service department were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Would 100% recommend them!
Last weekend we had a slight issue with our RV and almost had to postpone our trip! I called Haley RV and spoke to Kassandra. She was SO accommodating and was able to squeeze us into their schedule and had Travis at our trailer within the same day . Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service team! The entire service team at Haley RV are bright, cheery, and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. Kassandra and Reid are knowledgeable, kind, and more than accommodating throughout the entire service process and made it a painless and welcoming experience! 10/10 will most definitely bring my 2nd home to them anytime!
Many thanks to the team at Haley RV! They were able to fit me in right away, even though they were busy, and test our propane system. They found a couple of problems and had all the parts there to fix what we needed. Thanks to Ren for all his quick work, and to Reid for making sure we were well taken care of.
