Been in and out of Doctor’s offices and hospitals for over a month and finally I left a Doctors appointment with hope that we will find answers. She set up several referrals while I was there and seemed determined to find the cause of my mystery ailment. Very grateful for her!
Either one lady that works there has a nasty attitude, or many of them that work there and answer the phones have horrible attitudes. Every time I call in it’s always an awful experience. Don’t get me wrong. Dr. Haley is absolutely wonderful but her staff could be a lot better and more helpful and make you feel less of a problem or inconvenience to them that they have to pick up the phone and answer a question. Dr Mertz is always pleasant and professional. She is passionate about finding the best treatment for her patients. She provides treatment for my migraines and other issues that followed Covid. I like the check in online service too.
Great experience, always very careful not to cause pain.
