Everything is great. I just wish that the nozzle was the same color as my other ones. But, other than me being picky, it was a great service.
We found out our sump pump burnt out and contacted Haley Mechanical Tuesday morning. We were expecting big storms with lots of rain the next two days which caused us concern of our basement flooding. Both Terence (who took the initial call) and the scheduler (who followed up 30 minutes later) were very friendly and efficient. I had a fairly major high velocity air conditioning replacement. They had four trucks dedicated to accomplishing replacement of the air conditioning and certain upgrades to the electrical systems trying to get it done in one day. While they did have to go into the second day, everything was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend them.
Adam was very knowledgeable and persistent on helping us find the 6” lateral in the 12” sewer main. We enjoyed working with him 😊
