The service staff is always great, the mechanics seem to not always have the answer unless the computer tells them what's the issue. I gone to the store several times for the same issue to be mislead of what the issue is by the mechanic.
Sales Advisor, Pat Venable is a Gem. Her customer service is always on point and a joy to speak with. She is a STAR that should be recognized for her awesome people skills.
