Wonderful workers and staff they are very nice felt right at home
Extremely slow service department. Everything takes at least 2-3 hours and they try to upsell a lot. The first hour of waiting is just to hear the “extras” they think you need. Never go around mid-day because they will absolutely take their lunch break and make you keep waiting for services they cannot complete.
Eloy is absolutely exceptional. No high pressure sales tactics and the entire experience was done at our pace and the way we wanted. Every other dealership will use high stress tactics and talk down to you as we experienced this multiple times throughout the area. This never occurred here and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and cared about what we wanted out of our experience. Got a great truck at a great deal.
