My first time bringing a vehicle to this dealer - I was charged for work done that they didn’t tell me about until I got the bill.
Horrible customer service experience. Steer clear if you need an accurate diagnosis. Or if you need same day or next day service for something with some minor complexity! If you want a generic guess or a shopping list of parts this is the place! The service advisor, we were assigned was Marshal. This guy has a serious lack in mechanics and electronic functions. Anyone can goof up. I was told I needed parts to complete a recall on my vehicle, and I was told I would be called when the parts came in. Well, 3 weeks later, talking to 4 different people, being placed on hold, was finally told parts were in, and that repairs could be scheduled. I was told it would take an hour, and that's about how long it took. 3 YEARS LATER THEY REPLIED TO THIS
