Little rocky visit this morning but with the help of the service manager Chris everything ended up being top notch. Little things like oil change reminder stickers for us over the age of 65 help. Bryson was very nice and very helpful also. Getting off to a not so good start with communication issues when I first started coming has turned into always knowing any issues aren't too big to be corrected and glad I bought my Yukon.
Best and greatest experience. Explained everything about the truck no matter how long it took. That's why Michelle is awesome. Michelle made a great impression as she represented your dealership especially with the selfless way she went through all of the features the vehicle had to offer to no end and the hours it took to explain after she personally and selflessly delivered the vehicle to my residency in the evening hours. She is a very caring employee of your dealership for what she does and a downright awesome person.
