Professionalism and Exceptional customer service inside the waiting area and clean environment and your service technician were experienced and knowledgeable and considerate in the routine repair of my Buick and were able to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion and make me aware of any other maintenance my car would require in the future.I will continue to use this dealership for the service of my Buick.
I was greeted by the service manager and provided a thorough explanation of maintenance by Ms. Pat. Overall it was a great experience and WE will use Haley Chevrolet for all our scheduled/unscheduled maintenance in the future.
I was helped by Michelle who actually traded in the car, herself. She was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. The other staff at Haleys were very helpful, checking in on us while we waited to be seen. It was a fast and simple process.
