They are the worst and least knowledgeable plumbers I've ever encountered. I've been a skilled tradesman (electrician) for over 42 years. I've worked with numerous plumbers and I can recognize poor work when I see it. This company employs plumbers who clearly lack the expertise to deal with my 100 year old house. Zachary and Dale clearly don't have a clue about their tasks.

Dismal work from the get-go, starting with the initial call up to the tardy arrival and lack of consideration in explaining our system and our options for the removal of a 1958 oil heating system. Dale and Leonard from this company gave us an ala carte option - which was outrageously expensive. They showed little respect for our space - neglecting to cover their shoes and refusing to wear masks, and were careless with cleanup. Also, they were unfriendly and failed to build any rapport. Terrible service! I had a different company come out and tell me that they could easily fix a slow drain after running a camera and snake, but I decided to get a second opinion and regret it! Leonard and his team couldn't get my tub to drain even after spending hours on it! They fumbled around the panel at the road, disregarding whether the water was leaving the property pipes, didn't bother to check for leaks around the drain, and even neglected the roof vent! On Thanksgiving day, our sump pump started to malfunction. I made a quick call for help and Zachary returned my call promptly. After detailing the problem to him, Zachary advised me to inspect for any disconnected hoses. With his guidance, we managed to rectify the issue ourselves in a mere 5 minutes. Zachary's assistance saved our holiday and he graciously declined any form of tip/payment. Exceptional service, remarkable company, and unparalleled, professional assistance.
