The management are extremely toxic and berate they're employees.
There is a lack of communication from supervisors ..they don't treat or value employees no warning no write up just your a temp so call the agency..it's a sad thing to just put people out of work with out trying to fix or even address a situation..they have guys past 9 months who still are not hired on..no accountability for supervisors who miss more days then employees, who wear there personal problems on their sleeves and and back bite and talk bad about other employees with their co workers..
